The law of attraction can be used for anything. And when you use it to get things that make you happy, such as a healthier body, sexy legs and thighs, weight loss, more money, a husband or wife, well then you become a happier, healthier person. As you become happier and healthier, you emanate love and joy and peace around you. And when you emanate love and joy and peace and you tell other people about your secret, you spread the love and peace to others who then emanate it. As you become happier and healthier, people around you become happier and healthier and people around them become happier and healthier. As this happens, the world becomes a better place. So use the universal law of attraction to achieve whatever it is that you want. As you do, you will notice yourself becoming healthier and happier and you will notice those around you doing the same.
USING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Lately, there has been a lot of hype around the law of attraction. However, this is not a new concept. People have been using this technique to manifest things into their lives since the beginning of time. It’s been referred to as several different things, such as “Creative Visualizations,” “Guided Mediations,” “Movies of the Mind,” or “The Power of the Unconscious Mind.”
The Law of Attraction is most easily described as “like attracts like,” this is easy enough to understand. The principal of the Law of Attraction states that when you have either a positive or a negative thought pattern, you receive either a positive or negative result. Everything that happens is a direct result of your thoughts. Thus, a positive attitude will bring more positive occurrences into your life and a negative attitude will bring more negative occurrences into your life.
Using these Step by Step instructions, you can utilize the powerful law of attraction to help you lose weight, lose cellulite, tone your body, add muscle, and shape your body into something that you are more comfortable in.
Step One: Create Your Ideal Weight
Write down your ideal weight on a piece of paper. Now close your eyes and imagine that you are stepping on the scale and it says that you are at that weight. Now, in your mind’s eye look down at your body and see what it looks like at that weight. Imagine touching your body and feeling what it would feel like at that weight. Imagine what you feel like in that body. Notice your emotions, your thoughts, your feelings. Now imagine that you are going through your daily routine at this weight. Notice what the food on your plate looks like, notice how much (or how little) food you become satisfied with. See yourself out exercising, feeling strong and feeling healthy.
Step Two: Create a Vision Board
Sit with some magazines or catalogues that you enjoy and cut out pictures of clothes that you look forward to wearing as you slim down. Also cut out pictures of events or things that you might be able to do more of as you become healthier and stronger. Create a vision board by taping these pictures to a piece of paper and putting them above your desk or by your bed, or anywhere where you can gaze at them often. Each day, take some time to look at your vision.
Step Three: Send out a Request to the Universe
This is about connecting with a force greater than yourself to ask for what it is that you want. It might be difficult to ask for what you want, some might not feel like they deserve it, but the universe, will always support your requests that are for the greater good. Requests about being slimmer, healthier and happier will help each individual to feel better about themselves and to feel happier. This in turn creates more happiness around that person thus creating a more positive world. It’s the small things that build up.
Step Four: Write it Down
Writing is a very powerful and immediate way to bring about change. The following will help you to stay on track with your weight loss. First, buy a law of attraction weight loss journal. In the journal, write down various statements that you wish were true, but are not yet. Write them in the present tense because like attracts like. Examples of such statements are: “I am slim and healthy, ” or “I enjoy going out and exercising each day,” or “My body fat is steadily decreasing while my lean muscle mass is increasing,” or “I feel comfortable and beautiful in my size six jeans…” whatever it is, make it work for you. Each day, take a few moments to read these affirmations. When you read them, try to picture it happening. In your mind, see pictures of yourself looking at the scale and seeing that magic number, see yourself wearing those jeans that you’ve always wanted. See yourself at the gym exercising and feeling great.
